    • Existential (Death) Coaching: Explore life’s big questions, uncover your purpose, and make peace with mortality - the one certainty we all share.

    Sessions are tailored to your unique journey, offering support without judgment or imposed beliefs.

    Coaching sessions are 50 minutes and include a personalized plan and regular check-ins to help you reach your goals.

We offer self-pay options for clients who prefer not to use health insurance.

Choosing self-pay means:

  • No diagnostic label required

  • No insurance record of your mental health history

  • Full control over session length, frequency, and focus

  • More freedom to address life concerns that don’t fit a diagnosis

Sliding scale rates are available to help make this option more accessible.

Pricing

Mental Health Counseling / Therapy (NH residents only)

I provide licensed mental health counseling for adults in NH. Counseling is for individuals who want a safe space to work through anxiety, grief, trauma, and other challenges. Together we’ll create a plan that fits you, using evidence-based approaches. Insurance may help cover costs depending on your plan.

Intake Session
60 minutes – $150

Ongoing Sessions
53–55 minutes – $125

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots that are reassessed every 3 months based on financial need. Superbill available upon request for out-of-network reimbursement.

Coaching Services (Available Nationwide)

Coaching is a collaborative, goal-focused process to help you gain clarity, build momentum, and explore what matters most. It’s future-focused support, not therapy — we’ll work on growth and direction rather than medical or clinical care.


Existential (Death) Coaching

50-minute session – $110
3-session bundle: $300
Explore meaning, mortality, and purpose with grounded, soulful support for life’s biggest questions.

🕊️ Death Doula & End-of-Life Services

I provide compassionate, non-medical support for individuals and families navigating end of life. This may include legacy work, rituals, or simply being present. I don’t replace doctors or lawyers — instead, I walk alongside you with care and clarity.

Hourly rate: $45–$85 (sliding scale)
Compassionate support for individuals nearing end-of-life and their loved ones. Legacy work, emotional presence, and planning.
