Insurance may deny claims if they determine medical necessity is not met, require prior authorization before approving treatment, limit the number of sessions per year, apply coinsurance percentages, or impose other restrictions. If a claim is denied, you may owe the full provider fee. Your actual cost may be significantly higher than this estimate.

Private Pay (Per-Session Rates): Full Fee $135/session, Medium $100/session, Reduced $70/session. You choose your frequency (weekly or biweekly) and are billed monthly for that commitment. Each tier has availability caps: Medium tier limited to 5 clients, Reduced tier limited to 3 clients. Pricing and tiers are current as of August 12, 2026 and subject to change.
