Anam Cara Tools
Inspired by the Celtic idea of “soul friendship,” these tools are designed to support reflection, ritual, and personal meaning-making. These offerings are creative companions you can use in your own time, in your own way.
Currently we offer a ‘Letters to the Dead’ Guide for Ritual and Meaning-Making.
The Guide
Write to those who can no longer answer - loved ones, ancestors, even past versions of yourself. This 7-page fillable PDF offers a quiet space for remembrance, release, and connection. Each letter becomes an offering, whether you choose to burn it, bury it, or keep it close.
Please note the following:
1. If at any point grief feels too heavy, please consider speaking with a licensed therapist or crisis line.
2. These offerings are tools for reflection and ritual - not therapy, not treatment.
