đź’€ Introducing: The Existential Hotline

Leave a message after the dread.

Some things aren’t meant to be fixed.
They’re meant to be spoken. Said out loud. Whispered into the dark. Shouted into the wind.

That’s what The Existential Hotline is for.

Every week, I’ll be choosing one anonymous voicemail left on the Hotline and responding with a short audio reflection. Sometimes it's a story. Sometimes it’s a meditation. Sometimes it’s just the truth, gently held.

It’s not therapy.
It’s not advice.
It’s not a podcast.
It’s something else.

It’s a place to name what aches, to put words around the swirl of grief, burnout, loss, tenderness, dread, or love that doesn’t know where to land.

🎤 How It Works

  • You go to The Existential Hotline page

  • You leave a voicemail (90 seconds or less)

  • I listen

  • I choose one each week and respond

  • You (and anyone who needs it) can listen to the response for free

What Should You Leave a Voicemail About?

Anything that sits in your chest like a weight.

  • “I’m burnt out but can’t stop.”

  • “I’m grieving someone who isn’t dead.”

  • “Why does love feel like drowning?”

  • “Am I losing my mind or finally waking up?”

  • “I feel like I’m never going to be okay, and no one knows.”

If it’s real for you, it belongs here.

⚠️ A Gentle Note

The Hotline is not therapy, and it’s not a place to share urgent or crisis content. I’m not a crisis line, a coach, or a fixer. This is something different. Something slow.
Something sacred.

If you're in crisis, please text 741741 (Crisis Text Line) or dial 911.

🕯 Why This Exists

Because there are so few places where we can tell the truth about how much it hurts to be alive sometimes - and still be met with softness, honesty, and a steady voice saying:
You’re not broken. You’re just here.
